David Parento

David Parento is currently a Senior Advisor at True Wind and H.I.G. Capital LLC, and the founder of Parento Group, where they focus on workforce and talent development. From 2009 to 2022, David served as President and co-founder of StraighterLine and was an Investment Professional at Chrysalis Ventures from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, David was a Senior Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell from 1997 to 2005. David holds a BA in History from Yale University, a JD from Vermont Law and Graduate School, and an MSc in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
