Adam Rambousek

Adam Rambousek is a highly experienced Senior Software Developer currently working at trueapps since January 2023, and a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University since November 2001, focusing on dictionary writing systems within the Natural Language Processing Centre. Adam has held multiple senior roles across various organizations, including Lexical Computing, where Adam was lead developer of Lexonomy, and the Jozef Stefan Institute, leading Lexonomy for the ELEXIS EU project. As Festival Director of Animefest.CZ since January 2005, Adam manages event logistics and partnerships. Adam's expertise extends to consulting for Oxford University Press on prominent dictionary projects and developing multilingual systems for sign languages through the Teiresias Centre. With a PhD in Computer Systems and Technologies from Masaryk University, Adam has a strong foundation in software development, research, and event management.
