Jim Watson

Jim Watson currently serves as an Advisor at Truebase and previously held various senior leadership roles at Foursquare, including SVP of Global Business Development, Interim Chief Revenue Officer, and SVP of Client Solutions. At Placed, Jim was instrumental in expanding revenue from $10MM to $50MM and growing the customer and partner base significantly before its acquisition by Foursquare. Jim co-founded and was COO of Placements.io and advised PushSpring, Inc. Additionally, Jim held significant leadership positions at SPARQ, Fabric Worldwide, Microsoft, Razorfish, and VoiceStream Wireless, managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and leading large teams. Jim earned an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Finance from the University of Washington.
