Amanda Carson

Amanda Carson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience, recruitment, and program management. Currently serving as the HR Manager of Employee Experience at Truebeck Construction since May 2015, Amanda focuses on enhancing employee success and satisfaction through effective onboarding programs. Prior roles include Senior Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist at Premier Staffing, where Amanda managed full-cycle recruiting for technical and administrative positions. As Program Director for the Goldman Sachs Foundation’s 10,000 Women Program in Afghanistan, Amanda oversaw operational activities for a significant initiative that empowered women entrepreneurs. Earlier career highlights include managing HR operations at TEAM Business Solutions LLC and community development as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mongolia. Amanda holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Certificate in HR Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience & Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
