Michael Hongqi Li

Michael Hongqi Li has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. From 1999-2006, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Arizona, Department of Nutritional Sciences, where they performed biochemistry and molecular biology research on the calpain/calpastatin system. From 2006-2008, they worked as a Senior Research Specialist at the University of Arizona BIO 5 Institute. From 2008-2019, they worked at DesigneRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Director of Production, overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities in the cGMP production of key products. During this time, they also worked at Gold Standard Diagnostics as the Quality Assurance, responsible for the implementation and oversight of the company's Quality Documentation System Program. In 2019, they began working at JOINN Biologics as the Senior Manager of Production, and in 2020 they started at TrueBinding as the Senior Director of Manufacturing and Site Head.

Michael Hongqi Li received a Bachelor and Ph.D in Biochemical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
