Amy Pagano

Amy Pagano is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Commercial Law at TrueBlue Inc. since February 2020, Amy provides legal counsel on various business matters and oversees global data privacy and security issues. Previously, Amy held multiple roles at TrueBlue, including Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Compliance, leading legal compliance for several brands. With prior experience as Vice President, Legal for BlueScope's North American operations and Senior Legal Counsel at Weyerhaeuser, Amy has demonstrated expertise in managing legal functions, strategic legal advice, and compliance initiatives across different sectors. Amy earned a JD, Summa Cum Laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law and holds a BA with high honors from the University of Montana, alongside ongoing executive education at Emory University.
