Carl Schweihs

Carl Schweihs is the current President of People Management at TrueBlue. Prior to their current position, Carl was the Corporate Controller at SeatonCorp from January 2013 to June 2014. Some of their notable accomplishments during their time at SeatonCorp include overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and treasury; managing a professional staff of 20; and successfully exiting the organization to a strategic buyer. Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated their ability to streamline systems, processes, and organizational structures to create efficient and cost effective operations for the organizations they have been a part of.

Carl Schweihs received a BAS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the same school. Carl is also certified by the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation as a Certified Public Accountant.
