Nichole Lyons

Nichole Lyons is an experienced professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at TrueBlue Inc. since November 2021, where responsibilities include developing strategies for talent attraction and engagement. Prior roles include Manager of Performance & Talent Consulting and Talent & Development Consultant at TrueBlue, overseeing performance management processes and developing a leadership program for numerous participants. Previously, Nichole founded Vesc Solutions, providing coaching and consulting for small businesses, and held positions such as Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Jorgensen Learning Center, where leadership coaching and customized workshops were key focuses. Earlier experiences include a lengthy tenure at State Farm, where Nichole played a pivotal role in developing training programs and strategic business strategies. Nichole holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts degree from Pierce College at Puyallup.
