Rafe Fillmore

Rafe Fillmore has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rafe currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at TrueBlue Inc., a leading workforce solutions company. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Unit Finance and the Senior Director of Business Unit Finance at the same company.

Before joining TrueBlue Inc., Rafe worked as the Finance Director at Animal Supply Company, where they were responsible for business analysis, sales and margin analysis, and monthly sales review. Rafe also gained significant experience at Procter & Gamble, where they held various finance-related roles including Customer Team Finance Manager, Finance Group Manager, Plant Finance Manager, Global Profit Forecaster, and Senior Financial Analyst.

Rafe began their career as a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments and worked there for several years. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, business analysis, and sales forecasting throughout their career.

Rafe Fillmore graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Purdue University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. This academic achievement occurred between 2004 and 2006.
