Brian Lafer

Brian Lafer is a seasoned executive currently serving as Managing Director and Head of the TrueBridge Practice at True Search since November 2024, after previously holding the same title at TrueBridge since May 2022. Brian has extensive experience in the talent acquisition industry, having worked at Business Talent Group from 2010 to 2022, where roles included Senior Managing Director and leadership in client development and strategy. Additionally, Brian is a member of the Alumni Board of Governors at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, contributing to alumni engagement initiatives. Early career experience includes positions at U.S. Equities Realty and Equis Corporation. Brian Lafer holds a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
