Sonal Handa

Sonal Handa has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 1997, they worked as a Software Consultant at DCM Technologies. From 2000 to 2003, they served as a Software Design Engineer at Agilent Technologies, where they designed and implemented complex storage protocols. In 2003, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at R Systems, before joining Safenet as a Principal Engineer in 2004. In the same year, they also took on the role of Agilent Technologies India, where they led cross-functional teams and drove project life cycles for the OBSAI protocol tester product. Sonal continued at Agilent Technologies until 2008. In 2008, they joined Freescale Semiconductor as a Software Manager & Architect, managing USB and Medical Software. Sonal later became the Head of Freescale R&D Centre Vietnam, where they grew a team of over 200 development, test, and translation resources. In 2015, they founded Arkuz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they developed IoT products in Automation and Security Domains, overseeing R&D and marketing activities. Currently, they serve as the VP (Programs and Operations) at Truechip Solutions since 2022.

Sonal Handa pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1992, they attended Delhi University and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Honors (B.Sc.(H)) in 1995. Following this, from 1995 to 1998, Sonal Handa enrolled at Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Application (MCA). Finally, they went on to pursue their Master of Technology (M. Tech) in Computer Application from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2004 to 2007.
