Lydia Jagdeo

Lydia Jagdeo is a skilled software quality assurance intern currently working at Careerist since May 2021, where responsibilities include triaging production bugs, developing and executing test cases using TestRail, and performing compatibility testing on mobile devices. Lydia participates in Scrum meetings and collaborates with the Customer Support team to track defects in Jira, contributing to testing across various legal agreements and ensuring thorough coverage based on business requirements. Additionally, Lydia operates as a student web developer at TrueCoders since August 2022 and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology specializing in Software Development at Capella University, expected to graduate in June 2025. Previous education includes a bootcamp in Software Testing at Careerist Academy.
