Andy Nguyen

Andy Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and management. Currently, as the Service Desk Manager at TrueCommerce since September 2021, Andy leads a team of up to 30 members in EDI Support. Prior to this role, Andy held positions at TrueCommerce DiCentral from November 2016 to September 2021, including Customer Experience Manager and Customer Support Team Lead, focusing on high-stress customer interactions and scheduling. Experience also includes working as a Personal Tutor at Wall Street English, providing student support, and earlier roles in customer care and accounting.
