Eric Lambiase

Eric Lambiase has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Eric is currently working as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at TrueCommerce, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Membership Chair for IAMCP, a volunteer position, starting in August 2013.

Eric's previous roles include Senior Director of Global Channels and Senior Director of Global OEM Channels at DiCentral, where they specialized in integrating supply chains and improving order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes through EDI. Eric also worked as the Senior Director of Business Development at DIcentral from 2010 to 2012.

Before that, Eric worked as the President of The Utility Company of Austin from 2009 to 2011. Eric was the Manager of Pre Sales Solutions Consulting at Inovis from 2001 to 2008, where they led a team and worked closely with account executives to prepare business analyses and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Prior to their role at Inovis, Eric was a Senior Sales Consultant at Primus Knowledge Solutions from 2000 to 2001, providing technical expertise to clients and supporting pre-sales efforts for web management, helpdesk contact, collaboration, and email solutions.

Eric began their career at Concerto Software (formerly Davox / AnswerSoft) as a Senior Technical Consultant and Senior Technical Trainer from 1994 to 2000, creating custom call center and contact center solutions using predictive dialing, CTI, desktop automation, and call routing tools.

Prior to their role at Concerto Software, Eric worked at Texas Instruments, where they held various positions including Business Process Reengineering Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, and Buyer. Eric managed process reengineering projects, administered budgets, and oversaw purchasing of hardware, equipment, and materials.
