Kristen Puluso

Kristen Puluso has extensive work experience in the technology and logistics industries. Kristen currently holds the position of VP, Client Delivery at TrueCommerce, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Implementation at TrueCommerce since February 2019 and as the Sr. Manager, Implementations Mid-Market since April 2018.

Before joining TrueCommerce, Kristen worked at HighJump, where they held various roles including Implementation Manager, Mid-Market starting from November 2015, Implementation Add-on Supervisor from November 2014 to November 2015, and Support Services Supervisor from January 2007 to November 2014.

Kristen also gained experience at TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group as a Support Services Supervisor from January 2007 to October 2010. Kristen began their career at Best Buy as a Geek Squad member from February 2003 to February 2007. Kristen also worked at WESCO Distribution as a Customer Support representative from January 2006 to January 2007.

Kristen Puluso obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Robert Morris University. Kristen completed their studies at the university from 2001 to 2005.
