Michael Lefebvre

Michael Lefebvre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and engineering education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at TrueCommerce since December 2022, Michael previously held roles at Panopto as a Customer Success Advocate and at TrueCommerce as a Customer Success Manager. Michael’s career began at PTC, where responsibilities included managing a global support team and serving as a subject matter expert in eLearning and engineering software. Additionally, Michael served as a Councilman for the 3rd Ward of Wilkinsburg for over a decade, reflecting a commitment to community engagement. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
