Thao Nguyen

Thao Nguyen is an experienced professional in research and eLearning, with a background that includes roles at Ipsos Vietnam as a Research Executive and TrueCommerce as an Elearning Specialist since May 2024. Thao's responsibilities have encompassed managing research project execution, data management, and developing learning materials in both English and Vietnamese. Previously, Thao held several positions at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, including serving as the Head of the Board of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Student's Union, where organizational activities were managed, and contributions were made as a Collaborator and Instructional Designer in the eLearning Center. Additionally, Thao worked as a Learning and Development Executive at Wellspring Hanoi International Bilingual School, focusing on creating training materials and researching educational technology trends. Thao holds two Bachelor’s degrees: one in Business English and the other in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
