Andrew Small

Andrew Small is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various roles in data, analytics, marketing, finance, design, coding, and training. Currently serving as Director of Operations at TrueContext since January 2020, Andrew has progressed through multiple managerial positions within the company. As an entrepreneur, Andrew has been self-employed since January 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Salesforce Administrator at Phreesia and significant leadership positions at Change3 Enterprises and the Environment Agency. Andrew's career began at GE Capital, where foundational IT skills were developed. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from UCL and completed secondary education at Stamford School in Lincolnshire, UK.
