Damgaard currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Siteimprove and TrueContext and as Chief Executive Officer at Ensora Health (all roles since 2025). They previously led MatrixCare as President & CEO from 2012 to 2019 and VelocityEHS as Chief Executive Officer from 2020 to 2024. They also served as Senior Advisor to CVC Capital Partners Limited (2021–2025) and as Executive Partner at Waud Capital Partners (2020–2021), and were President of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (2016–2018). They earned a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa (1987–1991) and an MBA from Bradley University (1997–2000).
