Pablo Rivera

Pablo Rivera is currently the Customer Success Manager at ProntoForms. Prior to this, they were a Consultant at Assent Compliance Inc from January 2021 to November 2021. There, they surpassed the supplier response rate targets for the Conflict Minerals programs in the 2019-2020 season on 85% of the modules and improved by an average of 40% the part-level response rates for all active REACH programs in the first half of 2020. Additionally, they designed 56 annual product compliance programs on 17 accounts conformed of clients across all tiers in NA. Before that, they were an Associate Consultant from February 2019 to December 2020 and a Supplier Support Specialist from August 2018 to February 2019, both also at Assent Compliance Inc. As a Supplier Support Specialist, they engaged with materials and products manufacturers and distributors in NA, LATAM, and the EU to gather chemical composition information on the articles and substances they provided to Assent’s clients. Pablo also managed all the compliance requests to and from suppliers in the Spanish language - including inbound and outbound calls, direct emails, and translations from English into Spanish of a variety of documents. Lastly, they served as a peer-mentor to designated new hires to help them understand and identify the types of positive contributions that will be meaningful to their new roles.

Pablo Rivera has a Bachelor of Science in Management/Administration and Marketing from University of the Ozarks. Pablo also has a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Specialization from ISEADE - FEPADE. In addition, Pablo has certifications in Communicating with Empathy, Communicating with Confidence, and Communication Foundations from LinkedIn.
