TrueDev.ai is an agentic recruiting platform for technical hiring teams.

We help recruiters and hiring teams turn role intake, candidate assessments, and scenario-based engineering interviews into evidence-backed shortlists and decision-ready hiring recommendations.

Instead of relying on generic coding tests, resume keywords, or noisy screening calls, TrueDev.ai evaluates how software engineers reason through realistic engineering problems: debugging production systems, designing architectures, handling tradeoffs, improving reliability, and explaining technical decisions.

The platform combines recruiter-controlled AI agents with structured technical assessments. The Recruiter Agent helps clarify the role and identify missing proof. The Job Agent turns the approved plan into a focused assessment workflow. Candidate responses are then converted into clear hiring evidence: strongest signals, missing proof, role fit, risk areas, and recommended next interview steps.

TrueDev.ai is not a talent marketplace. It works with candidates from any source, including job boards, agencies, referrals, internal applicants, and external talent platforms. The goal is to help teams make better technical hiring decisions after candidates enter the pipeline.

We help companies:

- define clearer technical roles
- screen software candidates with structured evidence
- identify stronger engineering signal faster
- standardize shortlist and next-round decisions
- reduce reliance on generic coding tests and subjective interview notes

Our mission is to become the technical evidence layer for software hiring, helping companies make confident hiring decisions based on verified engineering capability.
