Namrata Gupta

Namrata Gupta is a co-founder and COO of TrueGradient, a company specializing in no-code AI solutions for supply chain management, focusing on areas such as demand forecasting, merchandising, and replenishment since December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an analytics manager at Razorpay for a brief tenure, and holding senior analyst and product analyst roles at Walmart Global Tech India from May 2019 to March 2022. Namrata's career also includes a progression from lead and senior analyst positions at Fidelity Investments, to assistant manager and senior analyst roles at WNS Global Services, and an early stage as a trainee decision scientist at Mu Sigma. Namrata Gupta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, completed in 2013.
