Serene Chen

Serene Chen has been working in the professional world for the past four years. In 2021, they began working as a Product Lead at Truehold. Prior to this, they spent two years at Fahrenheit 212 as an Innovation Associate and Innovation Analyst. Before that, they were a Marketing and Partnerships Associate at Drop, where they worked on a mission to make life more rewarding. In 2017, they began their professional career as a Junior Process Improvement Consultant at Propel Solutions Ltd., where they used LEAN methodology to help companies increase capacity.

Serene Chen has an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
