Brett Flack

Brett Flack is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at TrueLearn since March 2023, Brett previously held the same title at Kemberton, where strategic M&A initiatives were a focus. Prior to Kemberton, Brett worked as Vice President of Healthcare Investment Banking at TripleTree, fostering relationships with executives and guiding key transactions. Experience at Ernst & Young involved financial and accounting due diligence in Transaction Advisory Services, while an earlier role at Deloitte included conducting audits for Fortune 500 companies. Brett holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
