John Damianos

John Damianos currently serves as a Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellow at Mayo Clinic since June 2023. Additionally, John holds positions on the Scientific Advisory Committee for AEProbio, and as a Question Bank Author and Editor for TrueLearn. Furthermore, John has been an Elsevier ClinicalKey MedEd Reviewer since May 2018, focusing on practice board-style questions for USMLE Step 1 and Step 2. John completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital, emphasizing clinician education. During an extensive academic career at Dartmouth College, John was involved in various educational roles, including undergraduate advising, tutoring, and teaching grammar as an Assistant Language Teacher. John earned an MD from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in linguistics with a neuroscience modification from Dartmouth College. John also engaged in research analyzing electrocorticography data at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and participated in a program evaluation at Geisel School of Medicine.
