Susan O'Malley

Susan O'Malley has over 10 years of work experience. Susan began their career in 2010 as a Web Content Writer for Vertical Fold until 2014. Susan then worked at NYC Department of Education as a Performing Arts Educator and Budget Committee Project Manager from 2012 to 2016. Susan then worked at Charleston County School District, where they had two roles: Kindergarten Instructional Designer and Educator from 2016 to 2018, and Technology Instructional Designer and Educator from 2017 to 2023. Finally, Susan worked as an Instructional Designer and Developer for both APEX Anesthesia Review and TrueLearn from 2023. Susan utilized various Instructional Design software and integrated Tango software to standardize best practices.

Susan O'Malley has a Master of Arts in Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Wheaton College Massachusetts. In May 2012, they obtained their certification as a PreK-12 Grade Certified Teacher from the New York State Education Department.
