Bailey Strum's work experience begins with a role as a Network Engineer Summer Internship at Network Experto Inc in 2017, where they designed and implemented systems for client needs using Cisco systems and AWS/Azure. They also worked with Python to automate certain processes. In 2018, Bailey became an Eagle Engineering Ambassador at the University of North Texas, providing information and tours of the Computer Science Department to prospective students, assisting at philanthropic events and graduation, and leading large events at local high schools. In 2019, Bailey joined pulseM as an Associate Software Engineer, eventually transitioning to the role of Software Engineer in 2020. They worked at pulseM until 2022. Currently, Bailey is a Software Engineer II at TrueML, starting in April 2022.
Bailey Strum has a well-rounded education history in the field of computer science. They began their education at Carroll Senior High School, where they completed the Standard Graduation Path in 2016. Following this, Bailey attended The Iron Yard in 2016 and 2017, earning a degree in Backend C# and .NET Programming. Their educational journey continued at the University of North Texas from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
In addition to their formal education, Bailey Strum has also achieved certification as a PCEP - Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from the OpenEDG Python Institute in May 2022. This certification highlights their expertise in Python programming.
