Benjamin Blinn has 27 years of work experience, starting with an internship at The White House in 1994. Benjamin then interned at Telcordia Technologies in 1995, where they gained experience in Human Computer Interactions. Following that, they worked as an intern at Cisco Systems in 1997, where they had the opportunity to learn from experts in the field of User Experience (UX). In 1998, Benjamin was hired as a Senior UX Designer at KLA-Tencor, where they built the framework of a Human Factors group and promoted User Centered Design processes. Benjamin then joined Sprint in 2000, starting as a UI Designer and Researcher before becoming a UX Manager. At Sprint, they built a team of UX Designers and managed the UI development process for Sprint mobile devices. In 2016, Benjamin joined Archer Integrated Risk Management as a Principal User Experience Designer, responsible for defining and leading strategic UX initiatives and serving as a Product Owner for multiple developer teams. Currently, Benjamin is working at TrueML as a Product Designer, where they are involved in designing a new CRM and conducting research to improve workflow and processes.

Benjamin Blinn completed their education with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Factors from the University of Dayton, which they attained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Before pursuing their undergraduate degree, Benjamin Blinn attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 to 1992, although no information is available about the degree they obtained during that period. Benjamin'seducational journey began at Bowling Green High School, where they completed their high school education from 1987 to 1990.
