Chris Weiss is the Partner, Owner, and Executive Coach at TRUEPATH CONSULTING since June 2023. Prior to this role, Chris served as Vice President of Strategic Operations at Aston Carter from January 2020 to June 2023. Chris's extensive experience at Aerotek spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included Executive Director of Regional Operations for the Northeast, Director of Recruiting Operations for the Midwest/Central Regions, Director of Business Operations for the Western Pennsylvania field office, Sales Manager in Environmental & Engineering, and Technical Recruiter. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Education Services from Penn State University, completed in 1997.
