Henrique Rolim has worked in various roles across different companies since 2016. Henrique began their career as a Summer Intern at Sigma Credit, where they gained experience in receivables analysis and risk default. In 2018, they became Co-Founder of Ciclo Quatro and also took on a LATAM Partners Intern role at Amazon Web Services, where they were responsible for developing marketing funds through the AWS Partner Program LATAM. Henrique then completed a Summer Internship at Grameen Bank, where they rotated through all areas of the bank and had a broad view of the business. Currently, Henrique is a Product Manager at Grupo Boticário, where they also serve as a Business Owner and Trainee. Henrique will begin a new role as a Product Manager at Tino in 2022.
Henrique Rolim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2014 and 2019. In 2017, they participated in an Exchange Program at Singapore Management University, where they earned an Asian Studies Certificate that same year. Additionally, they were the winner of the FGV Entrepreneurship Competition in 2015. In 2020, they completed the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
