Christopher G. has a diverse range of work experience in the culinary industry. Christopher started their career in 2009 as a Catering Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager for the Wildlife Conservation Society. Christopher then worked as a Culinary for Tapuz Staffing Services from 2018 to 2021, before transitioning to become the Lead Event Chef/Catering at Frankies 457 Spuntino. In this role, they oversaw event catering and served as the lead chef.
Most recently, Christopher worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Paris Gourmet Inc., responsible for managing sales in a specified territory. Christopher is currently working as a Sales Specialist at The Truffleist, starting in 2023. Overall, Christopher has gained extensive experience in various culinary roles, showcasing their versatility and expertise in the industry.
Christopher G. attended Johnson & Wales University from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Culinary Arts. Christopher graduated with an A.O.S degree and achieved the designation of Cum Laude. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a ServSafe Food Handler certification from ServSafe Certified in June 2019. Christopher also obtained a Food Handler Card from the New York City Department of Health & Mental in May 1996.
