Ryan Jones has a diverse work experience across various companies. Ryan started their career at Pioneer Theater Company in 1999 as a salesperson. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Software Beta Tester at Big Finish Games, thoroughly testing games and documenting bugs. In 2005, they joined TruGolf as an Install Lead, overseeing the installation of golf simulators and coordinating with installers and resellers across the country. In 2009, Ryan transitioned to the role of Director of Business Development at TruGolf, where they were responsible for finding new opportunities and partnerships in the golf simulation field, managing the supply chain, and seeking new vendors and partners to enhance product lines. In 2011, they returned to Big Finish Games as a Project Manager, leading a successful Kickstarter campaign and handling communication with the publisher, while also being involved in game design and bug reporting. Overall, Ryan has a strong background in sales, software testing, project management, and business development.

Ryan Jones attended Bountiful High School but did not earn a degree. Ryan then went on to University of Utah from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Westminster College and completed a Master of Business Administration degree.
