William Roberts

William Roberts has over 15 years of experience in management and operations, primarily with TruGreen, where William currently serves as General Manager since January 2008. In this role, William oversees multiple departments, managing up to 100 employees and implementing strategic improvements in safety, quality, and production. Previously, as Service Manager, William cultivated revenue growth by setting performance targets and training staff. Additionally, William began a career at TruGreen as a Lawn Care Technician, focusing on client relations and lawn treatment services. Prior to TruGreen, William held the position of Operations Manager at Merchants Foodservice, where team building and scheduling optimization for 55 employees were key responsibilities. Education was completed at Stoney Point Christian Academy.
