Alison Lyewski

Alison Lyewski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment operations and treasury management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Payment Operations at Truist since December 2019, Alison drives strategy and operational excellence across various payment channels, including ACH, RTP, Zelle, and Lockbox, while managing significant outsourced vendor relationships. Prior to this role, Alison spent over 17 years at SunTrust in several senior vice president positions, overseeing Treasury Payment Operations and Item Processing & Document Imaging Operations. Alison's career began at Wachovia Bank, where responsibilities included managing enterprise check clearing and customer float. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
