Britton Frampton

Britton Frampton currently serves as the SVP, Senior Career Program Manager for the Leadership Development Program's Tech & Innovation track at Truist since September 2022, having previously held the position of Career Program Manager for Technology & Innovation. Prior to joining Truist, Britton Frampton spent over 17 years at Wells Fargo in various roles, including Early Talent Program Manager for Technology and Campus Recruiting Consultant, focusing on recruiting for early talent programs and the Wealth & Investment Management Group. Britton Frampton's earlier experience includes working as an Economic Self Sufficiency Specialist Supervisor and Family Service Counselor for the State of Florida. Britton Frampton holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida State University.
