Dan Neuschaefer is a seasoned commercial real estate risk leader with extensive experience in credit risk, credit delivery, and loan workouts. Since 2000, Dan has served as SVP of CRE Credit Risk at Truist, where responsibilities include risk and project management as well as credit approval. Dan's prior roles encompassed managing problem loans and overseeing regional CRE accounts. Dan also held multiple positions at First Tennessee Bank and TCF Bank, focusing on originations and problem loans. Currently, Dan is pursuing a BBA in Accounting and Finance and engaging in MBA studies in Accounting and Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin.
