Danielle Harper

Danielle Harper is currently the Associate General Counsel at Truist, where they support consumer default servicing teams. They previously served as a Financial Services Litigation Attorney at McGuireWoods, specializing in consumer lending litigation and advising clients on various legal risks and regulations. Harper began their legal career as an Environmental, Administrative, and Regulatory Law Associate at Nexsen Pruet, LLC, and held positions at Bank of America and McAngus Goudelock & Courie. They earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from Loyola University Maryland.
