Ed Dibble

Ed Dibble is the Vice President and Executive Recruiter at Truist, a position held since January 2022. Prior to joining Truist, Ed worked at Wells Fargo, where they managed executive-level searches in Wealth and Investment Management and led a recruiting team focused on various lines of business. With a background that includes roles at Bank of America, Duke Energy, and Marriott Hotels, Ed has extensive experience in financial services and energy industries. They hold a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College and participated in Rotary International's Study Abroad Program to Warsaw, Poland.
