Eric Bland

Eric Bland is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting and auditing, currently serving as the Controls and Execution Director and Corporate SOX Program Director at Truist since January 2020. With a robust background at BB&T from December 2013 to January 2020, Eric held various roles including Financial Management SOX Risk Manager and Sr. Audit Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions as an Audit Manager at Leeper Kean & Rumley, LLP and an Audit Senior at EY. Eric began the professional journey as an Area Director for Young Life. Eric holds a Master's degree in the Science of Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
