Jacob Deyo

Jacob (Jake) Deyo is a seasoned professional with a strong background in learning and development within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Learning Strategist at Truist, Jacob has previously held notable positions such as Head of Learning and Development at Interfirst and Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Jacob also has experience as a Mortgage Sales Trainer and Mortgage Loan Officer at Morgan Stanley Private Bank and Morgan Stanley Home Loans, respectively. Jacob holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Organizational Leadership, both earned from Liberty University in 2019.
