Jake Carter possesses extensive experience in software engineering and technology management, with a career spanning from February 1995 to July 2025. At Truist, Jake served as SVP: Software Engineering Group Head II and SVP: Software Engineering Director II, overseeing development teams focused on Data ETL/Analytics, .NET, AI/ML, platform engineering, and DevOps.
