John Moschandreas is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology, privacy, and procurement. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel for Technology, Privacy, and Procurement at Truist since December 2019, John manages legal technology, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and contractual procurement while supporting the Board Technology Committee. Prior to this role, John held the position of Deputy General Counsel for Technology at SunTrust and Senior Counsel focusing on Global Privacy, Cybersecurity, and IT Law at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included leading incident response teams and advising on compliance with international privacy laws. Additionally, John’s earlier experience includes serving as Director of Global Privacy and Compliance Counsel at Convergys, where John established the Privacy Office, and as a Litigation Associate at Lindhorst & Dreidame. John holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College.
