Jonathan Kops is the Senior Vice President and Head of Teammate Platforms & Experiences at Truist, where they focus on client experience through transformative initiatives. With a robust background in product management and team leadership, Jonathan has developed a reputation for driving value via effective change management and process optimization. They previously held several key positions at BB&T, including Vice President and Senior Business Delivery Manager, where they spearheaded the Mortgage Digital Product Manager role. Jonathan holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Scrum Product Owner.
