Jonathan Simon

Jonathan Simon, CPA, CIA, CFE, CFIRS, CSM, currently serves as the GCO Controls Monitoring and Testing Team Lead II at Truist, a position held since September 2022, following roles as a Senior Controls Monitoring and Testing Consultant and VP of Wealth Business Unit Risk Management, Program Execution, and Governance. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Audit Manager at Target, Audit Manager at SunTrust, and Senior Auditor at Regions Bank. Jonathan began a career in auditing at PwC as an Experienced Assurance Associate and Assurance Intern, preceded by an early role as a Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A. Jonathan holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from The University of Alabama.
