Ken Cluff

Ken Cluff is an experienced leader in artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of AI/ML Use Cases and Development at Truist, where Ken has successfully built and led an enterprise AI team delivering over 60 innovative use cases, resulting in $50M+ in portfolio value. Ken's previous roles include Advanced Analytics Manager, where responsibilities included providing AI solutions across various business lines, and Data Science Manager, facilitating the growth of an analytics practice within the consumer bank. Prior work at BB&T and BB&T Capital Markets focused on risk analytics and client experience. Ken also held advisory and management positions at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in Colombia, Fannie Mae, Wachovia Securities, and Bank of America, showcasing a solid foundation in risk management, compliance, and financial services. Ken holds an MBA from William & Mary and a BS in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
