Kimberly Moore-Wright is the Chief Teammate Officer at Truist Financial Corporation, where they oversee various aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and inclusion. Since joining Truist in 2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer following the merger of BB&T and SunTrust, Kimberly has been a key member of the executive leadership team. They began their career at BB&T, progressing through roles in marketing and training, and have held several senior vice president positions. Kimberly is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of advisors for UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business, as well as the board of directors for Freedom School Partners. They earned their undergraduate degree in accounting from UNC Charlotte and an MBA from North Carolina State University.
