Matthew Ryan

Matthew Ryan is an experienced IT professional specializing in Microsoft SharePoint administration and M365 management. Currently serving as an M365 Administrator and Client Server Engineer IV at Truist since October 2015, Matthew focuses on the design and configuration of collaboration and publishing sites while troubleshooting technical issues. Previously, Matthew worked at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for over 15 years as a Microsoft SharePoint Administrator, where responsibilities included overseeing the SharePoint Portal Server infrastructure, user access, and application deployment. Matthew holds a degree in Computer and Information Sciences from NCSU CTU, completed military education as an Information Technology Specialist in the US Navy, and has additional certifications from Global Knowledge and New Horizons Computer Learning Center, including Microsoft ASP.NET.
