Michael Dunn

Michael Dunn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology risk management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology Risk at Truist since January 2021, Michael established the risk identification and assessment function within the Technology Risk Management department, while also managing key relationships with enterprise, operational, and strategic risk sectors. Prior to Truist, Michael held various leadership positions at SunTrust, including Chief of Staff for both Cybersecurity and Enterprise Data Delivery, as well as roles in strategy and operations. Michael's career began at Accenture, where relevant expertise in financial services and banking was developed, followed by a foundational role in forensic services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michael earned a BBA in Banking & Finance and a BA in Spanish from the University of Georgia.
