Michaela Cestari

Mikey Cestari is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Director III and SVP, Interim Authenticated Design Lead at Truist since July 2020, with a focus on enhancing personal banking app design. Prior roles include SVP Experience Design Director and managing the Truist retail app team. Cestari co-founded Delta UX, a UX web and app development firm, from June 2015 to July 2020. Previous experience includes positions at BB&T as Senior UX Designer, Fidelity Investments as Senior User Experience Researcher, and Motorola Solutions as Senior Human Factors Engineer. Cestari holds a Master of Science in Human Factors and Ergonomics from North Carolina State University and dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Psychology from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
