Miranda Capra, PhD, CPWA, is an Accessibility Director II at Truist, where they lead efforts to create accessible experiences across various platforms. With a robust background in user experience research and human factors, Miranda has moderated over 550 usability tests and managed numerous accessibility projects. They previously served in key roles at HumanCentric and BB&T, where they developed initiatives to enhance digital accessibility and fostered a culture of usability testing. Miranda holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on Human Factors from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science at Washington University in St. Louis.
